Rental terms
- Advance payment/Deposit per week: € 300,- upon booking
- Rental payment: 2 weeks before arrival
- Arrival only on a Saturday, 15:00 onwards
- Departure: by 10.00 am at the latest
- In case the apartment is left behind in a dirty state, extra cleaning costs may apply.

Cancellation terms
There is a booking fee of € 300,- per booked week for the holidaymaker
Bookings cancelled in writing 3 or more months in advance will be refunded 100%
Bookings cancelled in writing between 2 and 3 months in advance will be refunded 50%
Bookings cancelled in writing between 1 and 2 months in advance will be refunded 25%
Bookings cancelled in writing between 2 weeks and 1 month in advance will be refunded 0%
Holidaymakers are always free to re-book one or more weeks in the future (within 1 or 2 years). In this way, the deposit can be used again as a down payment.

- Price incl. bed linen, bath and hand towels, tablecloths, heating, Wifi, water and cleaning
- Local taxes for adults (>14): € 2.05 per day
- Dogs: € 25 per dog/week
